1 General Provisions & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the eeg33 platform and all services provided under it. By registering on eeg33 or using the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the eeg33 platform. eeg33 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform after any changes means you have automatically accepted the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on the eeg33 platform:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is for those aged 21 and above only.
• You must be a natural person and operate the account in your own name.
• You must have a valid bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account.
• You may not access the platform from any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited.
• Each user may hold only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any funds held.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. You are liable for any activity carried out under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the eeg33 support team immediately.

3.3 Account Closure

A user may close their account at any time via a written request. eeg33 also reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account without notice in the event of a breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

eeg33 currently accepts only the following mobile payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Your mobile banking account must be registered in your own name.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile number used to make the deposit.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

4.4 Verification

For large withdrawal amounts, eeg33 may request additional identity verification. Withdrawal may be put on hold if the requested documents are not submitted in time.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit at eeg33, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example — deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount received (on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawal is possible.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim only one welcome bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• eeg33 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.
• If any abuse or manipulation of bonus benefits is proven, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eeg33 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Conducting transactions in another person's name or using their account.
• Attempting to fulfill wagering requirements through artificial bets or manipulation to exploit bonus benefits.
• Using automated software, bots, or other technical methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in eeg33.
• Harassing other users or staff, or using offensive language.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 Fair Play

All games operated on eeg33 deliver fair and transparent outcomes. Our games are operated through audited software providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt.

7.2 Game Outcomes

The outcome of each game is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or a live dealer. If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, eeg33 may cancel that round and return the user's bet.

7.3 Sports Betting

Odds displayed in the sports betting section may change at any time. The applicable odds are fixed once a bet is confirmed. If an event is cancelled or postponed, a decision will be made in accordance with eeg33's betting rules.

eeg33's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the user's activity and contributions. Cashback and other rewards are subject to change at eeg33's discretion.
